Business Development Representative

Board is looking for a resourceful Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in Paris.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for our French business.
This position reports to the Sales Director and provides an ideal opportunity to join a fast-growing organization with a product at the technological forefront of its market.
Core responsibilities :
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and e-mails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Research new accounts, identify key players and generate interest through inbound demand generation activities coordinated with Marketing
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Key requirements :
- Proven track record of experience in the software sales industry, preferably in the EPM / CPM space
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Knowledge of financial processes will be considered a plus
- Bachelor level qualification is desirable
