We are currently seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, to be based onsite with our high-profile client based in Issy-les-Moulineaux.

In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all new and existing projects within scope are managed effectively, on time, and on budget.

You will also act as strategic partner with the client, and be a champion for quality of delivery across all work.

In this role, you will have opportunity to lead a team of 5 dedicated support staff working on client site. This is an autonomous role, where you will be afforded the tools and resources to manage both your team and the client relationship as required to achieve the best possible outcomes - giving you the opportunity to place your stamp on all aspects of the work carried out.

If you have demonstrable experience of process improvement - that's perfect - however we would also welcome applications from those with the relevant industry and team leadership experience too.

What you’ll do :

• Manage a team of 3 Projects Managers and 2 trainees
• Handle the client accounts and develop a strong solid business relationship through regular and proactive contact
• Decide on best way to meet client’s business objectives through delivery of various services on time and with high quality
• Coordinate all aspects of the response to the client brief, paying particular attention to quality and revenue generated.
• Work to improve internal processes, communications and the working relationship between the assigned account team and all other departments at SGS & Co
• Monitor progress, pre-empting any problems and making recommendations in regard to modifications required through a solution focussed approach
• Effectively obtain and manage feedback from client
• Monitor KPIs and report back to the client
• Strengthen and extend the client relationship through the identification of business growth opportunities
• Ensure a thorough understanding of the internal and billing procedures at SGS & Co, assisting in the completion of monthly financial summaries and forecasts together with the Account Director

What you’ll have :

• 3+ years of experience in a similar Account Management or Client Success role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other related field
• Experience in pre-press, packaging or other related industry preferred
• Current French / English language ability
• Experience in team management is preferred, coupled with the drive and passion to inspire others
• A confident and persuasive manner, coupled with the ability to innovate and present creative solutions
• First class organisational skills, coupled with great attention to detail, and the ability to communicate such

Annual Leave : 25 days. Please note that holidays run between Jan Dec, and will be pro-rated based on your start date.
