The Business Development Representative is an entry-level sales role responsible for qualifying inbound leads to identify and create opportunities for the Account Exe team.
Must be able to work at pace with a high volume of leads to quickly identify the highest priority leads and maximize the volume and value of opportunities created using open ended questioning and other standard qualification techniques.
The Business Development Representative will partner with Account Executives to drive sales within their pipeline. Teamwork, collaboration, tenacity and initiative are key to success in this role.
The Business Development Representative will regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment when carrying out this position’s major responsibilities and activities.
This role is specific to the Netwrix Usercube IGA solution with an expressed aim of creating pipeline based on inbound & outbound activities.
Native French language and English are both necessary as we grow the IGA customer base in France & across the EMEA region.
What You Will Do :
- Initiate the sales cycle and build pipeline by qualifying opportunities using proven processes and methodologies.
- Foster a strong partnership with the Enterprise Account Executives, passing qualified opportunities to Field Reps & Inside Sales to move the sales cycle forward.
- Collaborate with Enterprise AE team to define target account lists, contacts and personas for outbound prospecting
- Drive consistent messaging and outbound sequences of emails, phone call, connections etc.
- Meet sales activities (KPI's) : Volume & Value of pipeline created, Calls, Follow-ups, and Meetings etc.
- Make use of sales automation tools in order to streamline the qualification process and increase the chance of positive engagement.
- Knowledge and ability to accurately determine customer requirements and clearly articulate products, features, and benefits that provide relevant value.
- Maintain accurate details of daily activity within the CRM system and accurately categorize disposition of leads and target contacts.
- Use all available means to perform effective qualification and accuracy of data when engaging leads.
- Other duties as assigned.
What we expect from you :
- French - native.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- An aptitude towards IT and technology with the drive and passion to learn more
Minimum two years of experience in a related field (software sales, ideally data security or data access).
- Experience of working in similar teams is a must have
- Must be a team player
- Strong interpersonal & presentation skills
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
