THE ROLE :
Your main mission is to prepare the accounting and financial statements in compliance with IFRS and statutory standards and deadlines, in order to present a true and fair view of the company's financial assets.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
You will work for a number of subsidiaries (media, port terminals, decarbonation funds, etc.) and / or SPVs (ships, real estate, etc.
in a team composed by around 8 people :
- You will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping using SAP, monthly preparation of IFRS reports using Onestream (the Group's reporting tool), including reconciliation of intra-group accounts within your scope, preparation of statutory statements and tax returns;
- You will be the main contact for the statutory / external auditors in the context of their audit of the annual accounts and any contractual audit;
- You may be required to produce and analyze forecasted accounts and ensure the quality of the information, particularly in terms of compliance with the Group's principles and methods;
- You may be required to take part in different projects (new regulations / improvement of IT tools, etc.).
PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- You hold a Masters’ degree in Finance, Accounting;
- You have at least 7 years of experience;
- You have a good knowledge of general accounting, cost accounting and taxation;
- A first experience in IFRS standards would be a plus;
- You are autonomous and have a sense of initiative;
- You are rigorous, responsive and flexible in your work;
- English required.
