• We are looking for a maintenance technician with versatile painting and carpentry skills as well as basic gardening to play an essential role in our 5-star hotel.

This integral role involves the technical maintenance of facilities and the creation of captivating outdoor environments, directly contributing to our guests' distinctive experience.

Main responsibilities :

Intervene on the various missions ordered by the technical manager or the general director. Maintain and repair swimming pool facilities, including cleaning, equipment maintenance and water treatment, ensuring that cleanliness and aesthetic standards are always met.

Carry out wood painting work such as furniture renovation, application of varnishes and specific paints, ensuring an impeccable finish in line with the hotel's luxury standards.

Carry out interior and exterior painting jobs as required, choosing the appropriate colors and finishes to maintain the stylish appearance of our spaces.

Prior experience in pool maintenance, wood painting, general painting, carpentry and / or other aspects of technical service, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment.

Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of the establishment.

Sense of customer service and professional attitude, ensuring clear and effective communication with other staff and hotel guests.

Professional relationships : Will work closely with the Maintenance team, Facilities Managers and other technical service members, as well as hotel operational departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Previous experience in technical maintenance, electrical, plumbing, general maintenance and gardening, preferably in luxury hotels.

If you have a CAP / BEP or Bac Pro degree in electrical engineering / plumbing or maintenance of hotel facilities Practical skills in handling gardening tools and equipment.

Experience in garden design and maintenance. Good physical condition and ability to work in varied weather conditions. Basic knowledge of environmental and safety regulations.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

B licence.
