Interim HR Manager - France - 6 months contract - Large CRO
RBW Consulting are partnered with a leading, global CRO in their search for an Interim HR Manager to join their Human Resources function in France on a 6 month contract.
Duties :
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Advise the operational staff on all HR areas (social legislation, career management, recruitment, training, remuneration)
- Coordinate all activities related to the HR project. Ensuring their control and implementation
- Play a coordinating role in relation to the requests expressed by the operators of its scope by ensuring the quality of the service rendered
- Assist HR Associate Director in preparation of Works Council meetings
- Ensure maintenance of Social Data Base (BDES)
- PeopleSoft knowledge is definitely a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft tools
Essential
- Experienced (10 years+) French HR Manager;
- Fluent in French and English;
- Up to date knowledge of French employment legislation;
- Experienced in a works council environment;
- Self-directed, able to work collaboratively;
- Able to extract and interpret data;
- Effective communicator;
- Autonomous.
Preferred
- Experienced and competent in Microsoft O365, Peoplesoft and Workday;
- Experience of working in a multinational enterprise.
