Service Parts Logistics Network Engineering Project Analyst

The Service Parts Logistics (SPL) Network Engineering Project Analyst co-ordinates, manages and leads business process change requests for SPL customers.

This involves improving existing and successfully implementing new processes or services within the EMEA network and operations, with a focus on innovation and process automation.

You generate solid information to assess and coordinate such projects whilst managing expectations and keeping internal and external stakeholders continually updated on progress and actions.

You will become a subject matter expert and as such support the business with knowledge sharing and the building and maintenance of information on existing processes, initiatives and implementations.

This involves the development and implementation of projects and changes to improve and expand upon the services the SPL customer requests.

The day-to-day role involves cross departmental collaboration (e.g. IT, Business Development, Solutions, Operations, etc.

to support customer projects and development.

Responsibilities :

• Development, design and evaluation of the EMEA Service Parts Logistics network from a structural and process point of view with a focus on innovative approaches and process automation
• Develop initiatives to better meet customer demands while further enhancing revenue and profitability for the organization
• Analyze commercial, operational and financial implications of proposed initiatives
• Prepare, test, execute and monitor approved changes
• Work closely together with all departments involved in the change processes (e.g. operations, IT, Finance, Customer Engagement Management etc.)
• Create, maintain and update customer master operating plans

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor or Masters in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred
• Experience : 2+ years relevant working experience with Supply Chain Logistics and project management, know-how of process design and information flows
• Competencies : Strong analytical skills, fluent in English, accurate and able to communicate on different levels in the organization
• Experience with Excel, Visio and being able to quickly understand (new) applications like, WMS / TMS, Smartsheet, Power BI is needed.
• Competencies : An open mindset and the drive to strive for excellence in service for our customers through innovation and continuous process improvement
• Fluency in French & English is a must
