Job description :

Join our Information & Technology team as IS Marketing & Communication Manager! Shape the narrative and impact of our IT department within the company.

You'll craft and execute effective communication strategies, both internally and externally, highlighting our achievements and priorities to key stakeholders.

Build strong relationships with internal clients and users while implementing structured marketing and communication tactics to meet their business needs.

The role is based in Paris with business travels.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in defining the communication strategy.
• Develop internal and external communication plans and oversee their execution.
• Target various communication audiences : General Management, business units, internal teams, suppliers, and job candidates.
• Work closely with the Group Communication Department for all external communication matters related to Eramet.
• Lead and produce content : articles, infographics, videos, etc., for various channels (social media, web, newsletter, etc.).
• Promote the IT service offering and service catalog to users.
• Support IT projects in their operational communication to users.
• Develop and publish an institutional reporting for the IT department by consolidating information from all activities.
• Organize and facilitate internal IT events and "user clubs" and events related to IT projects / services.
• Regularly measure client and user satisfaction through surveys.
• Enhance the Customer Experience of the IT department.
• Performs competitive intelligence with other companies.

Your Profile :

Bac in Communication / Digital Marketing with at least 3 years' experience in similar positions. Experience in an IT department or a strong interest in new technologies.

Key competencies :

• Strong interpersonal skills to encourage the exchange of information within the team.
• Curiosity and interest in innovative topics.
• Organization : ability to manage projects involving several entities within set deadlines.
• Good writing skills in French and English.
• Experience with digital tools : video editing, graphics (Adobe suite, Photoshop), social networks.
• Proficiency in English.
