YOUR ROLE
You will join the business line Payment solutions & New Markets (PS&NM), aimed at orchestrating Edenred’s development on new high potential activities and regions, especially in the payment industry.
The business line drives Group activities in regions such as Europe (UK and Belgium), Asia (Singapor, Taiwan, India, Japan), North and Latin Americas (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina) and Africa.
In total, 1 400 employees in 9 countries.
You will report to the Global Head of Human Resources & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and support her in the definition, implementation and coordination of the HR and CSR policies, in line with the Group culture and values, and the specificities of the businesses which are part of the scope.
Your main responsibilities will be the following :
1 / Integrate newcomers : Better structure key HR processes within the Business Line, particularly the onboarding process
Help to define and formalize a global Onboarding process which allows new comers in the different Business Units to better understand their new work environment and get the keys to achieve in their new position
Participate to the follow-up of the implementation on local / regional Business Units
Strengthen the Employer brand in social media
2 / Promote Talents : Participate in the definition of a global Talent Strategy at Business Line level, coordinate its implementation within the different Business Units and ensure monitoring to strengthen Talents commitment, accelerate competencies acquisition and promote internal mobility
Co-lead the Talent Strategy working groups in order to define the global strategy at Business Line level : Governance, project management, KPIs
Based on an internal / external benchmark, define proposals to improve Talent’s skills and competencies (training, learning experiences) and to encourage internal mobility (individual and collective action plans)
Support local / regional HRBP in the implementation of the global strategy
Ensure monitoring of specific KPIs
3 / Ensure monthly HR and CSR KPIs and actions plans follow-up
YOUR PROFILE
Bac +5, business school university, Master's degree in Human Resources, candidates seeking for their final-year internship An internship Agreement is mandatory
A minimum 6 8-month internship experience in Talent acquisition, Learning and Development or Talent management
Experience in Project management and interest for HR KPIs follow-up
Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and a multicultural environment
Good command in Excel, PowerPoint, and IT tools
Autonomous, rigorous, and organized
Fast-learner and ability to deal with a multitude of international stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English (Spanish would be a plus)
