Job description

We are currently on the hunt for some superstar GOs in our Club Med resort in Asia (not in Australia).

You will

• Arrivals and departures (Check-in and Check-out) and telephone switchboard
• Ensure the payments and other accounting operations, central cash desk closing and storage, following of the clients’ deposits, control and following of clients’ account and payment after their departure and control of the transfer and parking invoicing
• Order of the skipass, office items and first-aid kit reassort
• Sales promoting
• Management of the mail in arrival and departure
• Shipping of the parcels and Lost and Found
• Information regarding services and events inside and outside the Club
• Responsibility for fire and security alarms and for people and equipment
