At Robeauté, we are building the next generation of neurotechnologies — microrobots capable of navigating inside the brain to diagnose, monitor, and treat neurological conditions with unprecedented precision and minimal invasiveness. To bring our breakthrough devices from advanced prototypes to certified medical products, we are recruiting an Industrialisation Lead to design, deploy, and scale our manufacturing processes — in close collaboration with R&D, operations, and external partners.
Your Mission
As Industrialisation Lead , you will
- Design and deploy cleanroom-compatible production lines for microrobotic medical devices (class IIb / III)
- Translate R&D prototypes into scalable, standardised, and certifiable manufacturing processes
- Define and execute process validation, documentation , and support for CE / FDA readiness
- Insert AI technologies (LLM, Image reading, measure, Agents) into production processes to optimise cost and efficiency
- Work with R&D (mechanical, electronic, software) to optimize design for manufacturing (DFM)
- Collaborate with quality / regulatory teams to certify production lines (ISO 13485, QMS alignment)
- Lead the automation of assembly processes , selecting and managing key equipment suppliers
- Monitor yield, cost, quality and throughput — and implement continuous improvement plans
Requirements
5+ years experience (~ one cycle of development) in industrialisation or process engineering for medical devices, ideally in startups or scaleupsProven track record of scaling up production lines from prototyping to series production in regulated medtech environmentsExperience with cleanroom operations , automated assembly, and class III implants or equivalentFluent in ISO 13485 , validation protocols (IQ / OQ / PQ), and technical documentation for certificationComfortable working hands-on with suppliers, machines, and internal teams (you should be able to build some devices)Interested by how AI will be able to improve industrial processes, ideally with some basics in the domainPragmatic, structured, and resourceful — able to build quickly, iterate smartly, and think systemicallyBenefits
