To support our growth, we are looking for a Data Analyst who is bilingual in French and English , based in Paris. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, the mission of the Data Analyst is to help our customers to optimize their acquisition and conversion strategies by collecting, analyzing and interpreting data.

Working in coordination with the whole team, the Data Analyst will be involved in several aspects of the missions we carry out for our customers, from operational and technical aspects to sales and marketing.

Main missions :

• Manage and support a portfolio of varied customers
• Enable use of the Wizaly platform from the set up to the daily support
• Highlight insights through ad hoc analysis / reports
• Establish customers deliverables
• Guarantee data quality (audit tracking of media campaigns and websites)
• Contribute to customer growth
• Participate in platform development in coordination with the product team (R&D)
• Draft marketing documents (white books, case studies)

Profile :

• You are bilingual in English and French
• You graduated from a Business or Engineering School and you have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar position, preferably in SaaS industry or in a digital marketing agency
• You have a strong analytical mindset and know how to deal with marketing digital issues
• You have good written and oral communication skills
• You have perfect Excel skills and you have knowledge of analytics tool (Google Analytics..), Media Buying (DCM, SA360 ) and data-visualization
• Knowledge of R or Python appreciated
