Associate, Insurance / Liability, 2-4 years' experience

Kennedys' Insurance team provides expert coverage and claims defence services to both international and domestic insurers and their insureds.

In particular, we advise on professional liability, financial institutions' liability, directors' and officers' liability, public and employers' liability, transactional liability and trade credit claims.

We also specialise in advising on property damage and environmental liability claims.

We are leading experts in the marine, aviation and transport sectors, advising on all aspects of transport-related claims.

Cases

• Providing coverage and claims defence to both international and domestic insurers and their insureds
• In particular, we advise on professional liability, financial institutions' liability, directors & officers liability.

Required experience

• 3-5 years' PQE defendant insurance experience*
• To be proactive and take initiative
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage own time, excellent organisation skills
• Strong technical and research skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage a busy caseload of low to medium value claims and to work with senior solicitors on high value claims.
