You will work at the head office of the Sodexo group, located in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, accessible from Paris by RER C, Tram T2 from La Défense and Porte de Versailles or metro line 12.
CONTEXT
The Group Risk & Insurance Department is continuously enhancing the insurance coverages throughout the world in order to mitigate existing and future risks and to assist operations in developing business in new services and / or new geographical areas;
MISSION
Within the Group Risk & Insurance Department, the insurance coordinator will support the team in managing the worldwide group insurance programs.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to, the following :
- Support the insurance team including reviewing and advising on various day-to-day issues and concerns involving insurance coverages, claims, certificates of insurance, and policies, programs and procedures.
- For the Group insurance programs preparation : prepare questionnaire collection and response analysis to be sent to the insurance brokers.
- Validate terms and conditions, and issuance follow-up : Cover notes, insurance contracts, endorsements etc.
- Create and modify procedures and update all documents related to insurance policies and manuals available in the group intranet.
- Manage insurance data, prepare claims statistics, operate claims management system and issue corresponding insurance reports.
- Supervise the activity of the TPA for French claims (GL & Property). Follow-up with internal departments and stakeholders on the status of these claims.
- On a medium term you will oversee the full management of some insurance lines.

Education & Experience
- High Education background in Law or Insurance eventually completed with a master’s in risk or / and insurance management
- 1 to 2 years of experience (insurance department, legal department or in an insurance broker firm)
