The role
We are looking for a Data Center IT Technician . You will work in the data center with the modern H200 GPU cloud cluster, support IT infrastructure, and solve the IT hardware issues.
You're welcome to work in our colocation in Paris, France .
Your responsibilities will include :
- Solving issues with IT hardware and supporting IT infrastructure in the data center.
- Collaborating with related departments and external contractors.
- Installing, upgrading, and dismantling hardware by request.
- Commutating fiber optic and patch cords.
- Planning and processing regular IT tasks for IT infrastructure.
- Processing RMA following manuals.
- Writing manuals for working with hardware.
