Position Overview :

We are in search of a proactive and passionate Customer Success Manager Intern to be an integral part of our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into the customer journey, from onboarding to retention.

As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will immerse yourself in the customer experience, understand their needs, and contribute to strategies that ensure their success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned customer portfolio.
• Plan and actively participate in customer meetings and calls, gaining hands-on experience in customer interaction and relationship management.
• Assist in creating documentation and training materials to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products.
• Shadow experienced Customer Success Managers to learn relationship management, understand customer needs, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Provide support in day-to-day tasks, including addressing customer queries, troubleshooting, and escalating issues when necessary.
• Contribute to ongoing efforts to enhance existing Customer Success Management (CSM) processes and tools.
