Expert & Manager recherche pour son client présent à l'international, un Customer service representative Export H / F dans le cadre d'une mission d'intérim de longue durée.
Le poste est basé à La Défense.Description du poste : Vous serez en charges de : - Saisie commandes dans A Force et / ou JDE - Gestion de commande grand export, traitement des réclamations - Attribution des mails ( suivant les règles en place) - Actions et suivi à réception du tableau Booking missing / FO to check revu lors des réunions " idex " - Modifications des dates et horaires de chargement dans les 2 systèmes JDE et GTS Customer incidents - Enregistrement et suivi des réclamations Booking auprès des compagnies maritimes - Instructions des BL - Validation des drafts BL - Etablissement des Certificats d'origine - Participation aux back up en effectuant les taches mentionnées ci-dessus Profil recherché : Profil : Bac+3 / 5 en Commerce international, une première expérience professionnelle est exigée dans le secteur de l'import / export Compétences :
