How You’ll Make an Impact:
As a Master Planner Europe, you will develop and manage a consented 12-week Supply Master Plan that aligns with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) production, supply, and inventory plans. You will collaborate across functions to balance demand and supply while ensuring execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Balance supply and demand for master production schedule key items within the 0-12 week horizon.
Drive alignment between the Master Plan, manufacturing requirements, procurement activities, and S&OP plans.
Identify, communicate, and resolve supply and demand imbalances to maintain continuity of supply.
Lead supply discussions during Sales and Operations Execution meetings and support risk mitigation activities.
Monitor schedule-to-plan performance and perform root cause analysis on planning deviations.
Own planning master data, including lot sizes, lead times, material availability settings, and safety stock inputs.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment on inventory strategies and finished goods stocking policies.
Collaborate with demand controllers, production teams, procurement, and commercial stakeholders to respond to market changes.
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in supply chain planning or scheduling within a chemical or manufacturing environment.
Experience working in a mature S&OP and Sales & Operations Execution environment.
Knowledge of Kinaxis, SAP, or equivalent planning systems.
Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Fluency in English and French.
Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
Experience in inventory management, production scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
