Requirements

Lets talk about you :
- Graduated form an HR degree or equivalent, ideally you have a first successful experience of 2 or 3 years in a similar position, in a consulting society
- You have a strong ability to adapt
- You are Excellence-oriented : every recruitment process must meet your high standards
- You are proactive
- You have a strong capacity for conviction : when you believe in a candidate, you accompany him / her towards success
- You speak English fluently (B2)
- German is a plus
