Rôles et responsabilités
Deliver offshore project(s) (typically EPCI or T&I Projects) in occordance with project objectives (safety, margin, schedule, quality, contract).
Ensure the development of the HSE management systems are implemented and regurlaly reviewed throughout the life of the project.
Demonstrate strong and visible commitment to BOURBON HSE values.
- Expected outcome : BOURBON QMS / OSM / SMS implementation
- KPIs : LTI / TRIR Risk and hazard identification assessment prior to project start up
Project Execution Phase : Overall accountability for the project.
Accountable for other Project objectives : Safety, Schedule,Quality,risk management.
Represent BOURBON Subsea in front of Client (in particular weekly and monthly meetings).
Lead the Project team and ensure projects are performed to client’s satisfaction and as per Bourbon subsea standards.
Define project execution plan and strategy
Monitor project execution (progress, forecast, client satistaction, )
Control and manage all subcontrators and suppliers
Ensure Project reporting to management (Finance,Operation, Quality, HSE .)
Tender Phase (act as Bid Manager in tender phase as required)
Accountable to develop reliable and competitive technical and economic proposals.
Single point of contact toward the Client during the Tender phase.
Internal coordination with contributing functions (Engineering, Procurement, Operation, Contract Managemnt, ROV department, Ship management, Local affiliates / partners, ).
Contract review, risks identification and mitigation (incl. technical, operational, contractual, commercial, financial, insurance, ).
Bid preparation (tech, comm, contract, costing and pricing) and timely submission in line with internal approval processes.
Coordination of rounds of clarification and negotiation until contract award.
Ensure lessons learnt session held and result reported as per Lesson Learnt Process
