We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
The role of France Talent Acquisition Specialist is to lead managers and professionals recruiting processes in his / her area by supporting HR and hiring managers in plants, R&D centers in France, and Nanterre’s headquarters.
He / she is in charge of deploying the Group Recruitment Strategy and associated policies, processes and tools within the country, from sourcing to on-boarding.
Country TA is a real business partner and is also responsible for creating a local network to enhance internal mobility.
Key responsibilities will include :
- Sourcing and screening candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, Agencies, Headhunting, research mapping and employee referrals
- Managing the end to end recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive hiring manager and candidate experience, and a great quality of hire by assessing candidate’s profile and potential
- Establishing sourcing and assessment method, delivering hires in the most cost-effective way
- Growing and maintaining meaningful and effective relationships with hiring managers, HR, colleagues, and agencies
- Deploy attracting talent training in his / her scope
- Using competitive intelligence and market insights to proactively identify new recruiting sources
- Support talent acquisition projects (employer branding, organization, )
What if it was you?
Your profile :
- Master's Degree in business with a specialization in HR
- Minimum 2 years of experience, with specific experience in Talent Acquisition, acquired either in recruitment agency or in industry.
- Former experience in a matrix and international environment would be a plus.
Your skills :
- Drive and high energy level.
- High level of proficiency with HR Information systems as well as MS office.
- Communication skills through the ability to use Digital tools and network
- Customer focused and results oriented
- Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English and French (mandatory)
