Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they enter the office
- Work closely with the Customer Experience Manager to ensure all runs smoothly
- Manage PO's and expense reports
- Manage office supplies
- Assist with internal communication
- Prepare, receive and distribute shipments
- Run errands as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a receptionist
- Professional attitude at all times
- Self-sufficient and ability to multi-task
- Extremely dependable and reliable
- Strong time management skills
- Flexible to work outside of business hours when needed
