Job Description

In a context of strong growth, we are looking for a rockstar profile to support the finance team with financial controlling.

What you'll do & learn

• Cash Collection : Maintain effective system to collect cash & track debts
• Handle registration as suppliers for our new clients
• Keep customer information updated
• Collect all purchase orders & invoice the clients
• Follow-up on account receivables
• Expenses Management : Offer visibility into all business expenses and stay up-to-date on our receipts collection
• Create report with details on budgeted vs actual expenses per departments
• Implement process to improve receipt management
• Accounting : Help the finance department to gather accountings documents for the year-end closure
• Answer accounting providers’ requests
• Prepare the fiscal year closing
• Review documentation along with the manager
• Compliance & Risk Management : Monitoring insurance and legal requirements of the company
• Ensure the business compliance in France & in the USA by keeping track on necessary insurances and their subscriptions
• Edit BSPCEs & StockOptions documentation for employees
• Transaction Operations : Become the referent for internal & external transaction requests
• Pays suppliers & contractors
• Monitors transactions from our internal bank accounts (US & FR)
• Build Travel & Expenses reporting on a monthly basis
• P&L : Collect data to ease financial reporting
• Make real time data necessary to keep our P&L updated easily accessible (new hires, AR, Equity, budget adjustment, revenue, etc.)

You will enter a team of 3, reporting to the Finance Manager. You will actively collaborate with different teams in France and the US.

Requirements

• Preparing a master’s degree specialized in Finance
• Expertise in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and any related finance tools
• Discretion & sense of confidentiality
• Fluency in English (spoken & written)
• Located in Paris (hybrid work possible)
