Revenue Management Specialist - intern (H/F)

The opportunity As the Revenue Management Specialist, you will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives to optimize fleet utilization, reduce operational friction, maximize rental prices and contribute to achieving our broader revenue and budgetary goals.

Your missions : FLEET UTILIZATION AND PLANNING Fleet Utilization Optimization : Collaborate with local fleet and procurement teams to implement short-term strategies, continuously adjusting the fleet size and allocation for optimal utilization.

Develop tools such as the CM2 Calculator to guarantee profitability in fleet movements.Develop and implement intracity strategies for fleet rebalancing, maximizing utilization during peak periods.

Mid and Long-term Fleet Planning : Analyze past performance to identify and address inefficient fleet allocationsDefine comprehensive fleet plans per city, considering factors like lifecycle management and model mix restrictions.

Operational Friction Reduction : Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to increase maximum utilization rates.

Propose product enhancements aimed at streamlining operations and improving fleet utilization. REVENUE MAXIMIZATION : Develop and implement strategies to achieve RPD budget targetsEnsure efficient implementation of rental price increases for targeted bookings segmentsCollaborate with Data and Tech team to transition from an override-based pricing engine to a parameters-based fully automated system by Q2.

Collaborate with the data team to update Elasticity assumptions quarterly. BUDGET FORECASTING AND MONITORING : Challenge Rental Revenue targets based on fleet and pricing variations, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
