Cleanroom Coordinator
Our client is a leading innovator in the field of material science and engineering, is seeking an experienced Cleanroom Manager to lead our state-of-the-art cleanroom facility.
Located in Paris, we specialize in advanced research and development with a focus on III-V materials. This pivotal role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a passion for excellence in cleanroom operations.
Your Role and Responsibilities :
As a central figure within our Cleanroom Operations team, you will spearhead the refinement and execution of our III-V semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Leading the development and execution of process strategies for III-V semiconductor wafers to ensure state-of-the-art technology integration and operational efficiency.
- Overseeing process flows and equipment with a focus on optimizing III-V semiconductor production, ensuring top-tier quality and comprehensive documentation.
- Directing daily production scheduling, maintaining strict adherence to precise manufacturing standards unique to III-V semiconductor technology.
- Initiating and managing maintenance protocols and continuous improvement strategies for III-V specific equipment and processes.
- Educating and guiding team members toward achieving excellence in III-V semiconductor fabrication.
- Fostering collaboration across departments to champion process innovation and streamline production efficiency within the III-V semiconductor space.
Required Skills and Knowledge :
- Deep understanding and technical expertise in III-V semiconductor operations, including specific processes like etching, deposition, and lithography related to InP or similar materials.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in orchestrating team efforts and facilitating developmental programs.
- An unwavering commitment to upholding the highest cleanroom standards, with a meticulous approach to handling III-V semiconductor materials.
- Previous role experience in process engineering or leadership within the III-V semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
