Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at RSight ® .
The T alent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.

Responsibilities :
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates using various methods, including our AI capabilities.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our internal applicant system.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or in an area related to the socio-humanistic field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role (min. 2 years).
- Native in French and fluent in English (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
