Role description & Responsibilities

CATIA is the Leading Solution Spanning the Complete Innovation and Development Processes to Imagine, Design, Simulate New Products and Systems for Impactful Customer Experiences toward a more Sustainable World.

We are hiring a CATIA Brand Sales Manager for 3DS China to drive the growth of the CATIA business for the next five years through strategic business transformation projects for key customers.

You will serve as a dedicated sales to drive the growth of the CATIA business for the next five years, main responsibility including :

  • Drive and manage opportunities with 3DS sales process to generate special domains business incremental revenue, such as Cyber Systems, Design&Styling, Electrical&Fluid and Mechanical solutions.
  • Provide an accurate forecast and FY creating the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives.
  • Build and develop trusted relationships at End-user and C-level to ensure sustainable business for CATIA Brand.
  • Identify and engage appropriate DS internal resources and external ecosystem resources to deliver value to customers.
  • Boost sales and market share growth for CATIA Brand in China, directly supporting sales and marketing engagements.
  • Guide and mentor the industry sales teams, partners, and create credible pipeline to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

5+ years’ sales or Tech sales experience in core industries

With a wide range of knowledge in Cyber Systems or Design&Styling solutions or Electrical&Fluid solutions or Mechanical solutions

Working experience in T&M ,A&D or M&O industry preferred

Good communication skill and active work attitude
