In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the launch of our endocrinology pipeline and make significantly impact to our commercial expansion.

We are seeking a passionate Office Manager to join our rapidly expanding global commercial organization. As a key member of the French team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the French Leadership Team and lead the office management of our recently founded affiliate in Paris.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional, global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.

You will be joining the French team consisting of a handful passionate and skilled colleagues. The number of colleagues is budgeted to grow significantly in 2024 and 2025.

You will report directly to Carol Brucker, General Manager France & BeNeLux, who is based in Paris, France. You will be based in the Paris office.

Your key responsibilities will be :

  • Proactive support of our rapidly growing and active leadership team concerning all organizational and administrative tasks
  • Collaboration in multiple projects
  • Central contact person for employees at the Paris office and field teams
  • Planning and organization of appointments, meetings, conferences, travel, events, etc. Both in the office and externally.
  • Organization of external events with costumers as well as internal events like sales meetings.
  • Setting up, maintaining, and optimizing of office workflows and processes
  • Day-2-Day support in PO, Invoices etc.
  • Interface to the HR, Finance and IT departments
  • Helping to make the office a welcoming atmosphere : employees on-boarding, internal communication and creating a welcoming and vibrant working atmosphere

Qualifications and Skills :

You hold a relevant academic degree and 2-5 years of experience within office management.

Furthermore, you have :

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High level of French and English language skills in speaking and writing
  • Excellent user knowledge of common Windows Office applications, especially PowerPoint

You are a strong team player, service-minded, and have a can-do attitude.

You love to help and support others and knows how to make things happen in an entrepreneurial, open environment where innovation and change happens rapidly.

The right candidate is forward-thinking, problem-solving and someone who is able to keep several balls in the air with ease (even in stressful situations).

We also expect you to possess great self-management skills, to be structured and to pay strong attention to detail.

Travel : 5 - 10 days per year.
